You must have prior success selling high-end conceptual services to top executives and owners of large and mid-sized companies in a competitive and resistant market with a fairly short sales cycle against tremendous competition.
In other words, you thrive on being the underdog and live to displace the competition with value. You have the ability to orchestrate a custom business solution with C-level executives and willful business owners. You build strong, profitable relationships.
You excel at hunting, finding, navigating, and closing new opportunities and possess good consultative selling skills.
You are an excellent problem solver, a goal-oriented high achiever, and a hard worker. You are a dedicated hunter who is as motivated by the success of the journey as you are by winning the deal.
You must be a highly motivated self-starter, an over-achiever, and work well without supervision and as part of a team. You must be willing to travel occasionally and have prior earnings of at least $100,000, in a variable compensation plan. Experience with business services, PEO, payroll sales, recruiting helpful but not required.
